Map collections in Hawai'i and online collections of Hawai'i maps : City and County of Honolulu

Produced and maintained by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City & County of Honolulu, the Honolulu Land Information System is a comprehensive Graphical Information System (GIS) database of geo-referenced information (including land use, permit, tax, infrastructure, and environmental data) from various city departments on the island of Oahu.

Included on the site are several interactive maps (with tutorials):

1. Parcels & Zoning Information -- Find addresses, TMK numbers, and places of interests.
2. Parks -- Find parks by name or type and view ammenities and activities.
3. Collection Schedules & Sites (Oahu) -- Search for refuse and recycling collecton schedules by address, TMK, or cross streets.
4. Public Safety Map -- Find tsunami zones and refuge areas. Locate closest hospital, fire station, and/or police station.
5. Advanced Map -- Allows for searching of parcel maps by site address, TMK, geocode address or intersection, park name, and GPS coordinates.

Honolulu City and County Zoning Maps, Subdivision Maps, and Building Floor Plans are available through the Honolulu City and County Data Access and Imaging Branch during office hours. Access to zoning and subdivision maps requires the TMK and file number (which can be located using the Honolulu Land Information System). Building floor plans are only available for buildings dating from July 17, 1978 to the present and access requires an address or TMK number.

Reproduction services are available for a fee which varies depending on size. Please note all reproduction services have a $5.00 processing fee in addition to cost per page (as of October 2012). Please contact the office for further details.
