This guide was created to help English 100 students with research on topics related to Hawaiʻi.
At the UHM Library, you have access to the Hawaiian Collection and the Pacific Collection, located on the fifth floor of Hamilton Library (in the older part of the building).
Some of our materials might be available online, but most of it is help only in paper, in our library. This guide will help you figure out how to find what you need.
And you are always welcome to visit us to discuss your research project. Librarians are avaialable to help you at the Hawaiian and Pacific Collections reference desk.
