"Island Issues" was a political talk show hosted by journalist, Robert M. Rees, who would later go on to host Counterpoint on Olelo.

2014 Candidates featured: David Ige (Democratic candidate for Governor), Donna Mercado Kim (Democratic candidate for the US House of Representatives, 1st Congressional District), Colleen Hanabusa (Democratic candidate for the US Senate), Brian Schatz (Democratic incumbent candidate for the US Senate), Charles Djou (Republican candidate for the US House of Representatives, Congressional District 1), Neil Abercrombie (Democratic incumbent candidate for Governor), Mufi Hanneman (Independent candidate for governor), Clayton Hee (Democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor).
