One of the many useful aspects of OneSearch lies within its capacity to help you group saved records by using various labels. To access your saved records in My Favorites, sign in with your UH username and password, and then click on the push pin icon link at the top-right corner to get to My Favorites.
In My Favorites, there are tabs for Saved Records, Saved Searches, and Search History under the search box. You can organize records by giving them labels. To explore the many functions of My Favorites, scroll down to view the various functions or click on the links in the content box on the right-hand side of this page.
Labels are a way to organize saved records into private lists. You may assign multiple labels to a saved record if you want that record to be included into multiple lists.

Click on Saved Records tab if it is not already selected.
Click on the "Add New Label" button that appears at the bottom. In the pop up window, type in the name of the label and press the ENTER key.
Your new label should appear under the record's information and in the "Labels" section on the right-hand side of the page:
To remove a label, click on the "Add New Label" button that appears at the bottom of the record.
In the pop up window, click on the "Delete Label" button next to the label.
