Roberts Commission

The Roberts Commission was appointed by President Franklin Roosevelt in December 1941 to investigate and report the facts relating to the attack. The commission was headed by US Supreme Court Associate Justice Owen Roberts. Its report was subsequently published as Parts 22-25 of the congressional hearings on the Pearl Harbor attack.
