UHM's Hawaiian Collection buys hundreds of books about Hawai'i each academic year to support students, faculty, and staff. Designed to be browsed, this bookshelf features a selection of new and classic book publications. Most featured here are available electronically, but some are only in print. We plan to release more pages with more books organized by categories.
A word of caution. This bookshelf is not comprehensive and does not have publications published in peer-reviewed journals, technical reports, trade journals, theses, or dissertations. To find those, please visit our Hawaiʻi - General Research Guide.
