HeinOnline: Modern Link to Legal History
Hein Online includes law periodicals and journals. It provides indexing for US Treaties and Agreements, US Reports of the Supreme Court, Federal Register, etc. All of the library modules are image-based and fully-searchable, meaning that they provide exact page images and enable the researcher to view all pages as they originally appeared in hardcopy-including all charts, graphs, and photographs! This resource is available thanks to the Law Library.
GovInfo [formerly GPO (Government Publishing Office) Access]
GovInfo is a service of the Government Publishing Office to provide free public access to the full text of official publications from all three branches of the Federal Government. GovInfo includes Legislative, Executive, and Judicial content: Bills and Statutes, congressional committee materials, and proceedings of Congress; Presidential and regulatory materials; Opinions from more than 100 U.S. courts.

HathiTrust
Provides access to more than 5 million volumes in digital formats, of which more than 75% is in the public domain. In addition to digitized books, there is journal and (limited) institutional repository content from the holdings of

Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC)
Defense Technical Information Center is a free database with hundreds of thousands of military reports and other resources, most available in full text. It also includes Air University Index to Military Periodicals, a database of articles in military journals.
National Archives (NARA) Use the search function on the National Archives website to search digital collections at presidential libraries.
FDR Presidential Library Digital Collections
The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum hosts digital collections of documents, photographs, correspondence, and other material.
Truman Library & Museum Digital Collections
Includes documents and images related to World War II and the Cold War during President Truman's term in office.
