Micronesians in Hawaii: Home

A guide to finding governmental and non-governmental resources on Micronesians in Hawaii.

About this Guide

This guide was created by Eryn Fujita and Jessica Lum for LIS 618, Government Documents & Archives, in Fall 2012. Librarians in the Government Documents & Maps Department handle revisions and updates.

Introduction

Here, you can find selected governmental and non-governmental resources on the people of the Pacific region of Micronesia in relation to Hawaii.

The region of Micronesia consists of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.  For the purposes of this guide, we will be focusing on the Micronesian people from the non-U.S. territories of this area.
