We will provide copies of documents when possible. UHM students, faculty, and staff may borrow material from our print collection. Non-affiliated users may request an appointment to view federal documents.

This library is a congressionally designated depository for U.S. government documents. Public access to the government documents collection is guaranteed by public law (Title 44 United States Code).
