Bannawag

Bannawag is an Ilocano weekly magazine printed in the Philippines by Liwayway Publications since 1934.  It contains news articles, novels, short stories, comics and poetry.  The magazine is acknowledged for laying the foundation of contemporary Iluko literature and is used as an educational resource in Ilocano-speaking areas in the Philippines.

Boletin Eclesiastico de Filipinas

Meaning "Dawn," this Tagalog weekly magazine started in 1922, and is the oldest Tagalog weekly.  The periodical contains serialized novels, short stories, poetry, serialized comics, essays, news features, entertainment news and articles, and many others.  History on the magazine can be found on the PilipinoKomiks blog.

MJSIR Mountain Journal of Science and Interdisciplinary Research (formerly BSU Research Journal)

The Benguet State University Open Journal System (BSU-OJS) was officially launched in July 2018 with 30 open access articles from the latest and selected volumes of the Mountain Journal of Science and Interdisciplinary Research (MJSIR) formerly BSU Research Journal. It aims to provide free access to all peer reviewed articles.

AIMS AND SCOPE

This journal publishes research articles on topics and experiences in multidisciplinary fields of specialization. These are based on BSU’s Research and Development Priority Disciplines: Agriculture; Forestry; Fisheries and Aquaculture; Environment and Natural Resources; Society and Culture, Economics, and Philosophy; Education, Mathematics, and Development Communication; Health, Food, Nutrition, and Environmental Concerns; Information and Communications Technology; Industrial Technology; Extension Programs; Human Resource Development; Governance and Policy Advocacy; and Gender and Development (REMO Ch. 4 Sec. 3, 2015).

Articles generally contribute to the advancement of knowledge, better understanding of scientific concepts, policy advocacy and community engagement, and to bring solutions to community development challenges.
