Direct your students to a specific database by copying the link to that database.

Copy the Link to the Database

1. Go to the main Library website: http://manoa.hawaii.edu/library/
2. Click on the Databases link
3. Find the database you want to create a link to
4. Do a right-click (on Windows) or control+click (on the Mac) on the database name and choose "Copy Link Location" or "Copy Shortcut
5. Test the URL you have copied in another browser to make sure that it works

Then you can use the URL you have copied to add a resource to one of the Lamakū tools, such as those listed on the menu to the left.

It may be possible to create a Proxy Link so that students do not have to log in a second time to access the resource. Instructions are on the left. This process does not work for all vendors, so make sure to test your links.
