Use this guide to get started using the desktop version of EndNote.

Simple Step-By-Step

Editing Citations with the Citation Command: (MS Word 2010)

1. In your Word Document, select the EndNote X6 tab

2. Click on the Edit & Manage Citation(s) button

3. Find and select the citation you want to edit in the scrolling box on the left

4. Make the necessary changes

5. Click OK

*NOTE: The EndNote Library you're using must also be open

Editing Citations

1. In your Word document, select Tools → EndNote X6 → Edit Citation(s)
