Update for visiting researchers
The Hawaiian and Pacific Collections reading room is open to the public. Research appointments are no longer required.

While appointments for visiting researchers are no longer required, we strongly recommend that visitors contact us in advance to consult on your research topics, so that we can help you to maximize your time in our collections. Emails sent to hawnpac@hawaii.edu will be forwarded to the proper Hawaiian or Pacific collection librarian.

Requests for HP materials may be submitted through OneSearch (instructions can be found here); materials will be available for pickup or for use in our reading room within 15 minutes.

Update for UH-Mānoa course instructors
We are now also able to host class visits for UH-Mānoa courses, with advance appointments. To request a class visit, please email hawnpac@hawaii.edu
