COVID-19 Update

The Hawaiian and Pacific Collections reading room is now open to those affiliated with UH and EWC. Our hours are M-F, 10:00am-2:00pm. Requests for HP materials may be submitted through OneSearch.

Visiting Us

The Hawaiian and Pacific Collections Department in located on the Fifth floor of Hamilton Library at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.

Parking is available on campus for a fee that varies depending on when and where you park. The closest visitor parking lot is next to Kennedy Theater. For more information, go to Visitor Parking website. 

There are multiple bus stops and buses around campus. The nearest bus stop to Hamilton Library is in front of Paradise Palms Cafe on Maile Way. The #13 bus stops there. For more information, go to The Bus website.

There is a bike rack near the front entrance of Hamilton Library. You will need to bring a bike lock.
