Printing and Copying in Hamilton Library Updates

1. PRINTING

As of June 21, 2019

"The 'CASH PAY-STATION' and 'Wireless Printing' will undergo maintenance and not be available, starting July 1, 2019."

PRINTING FOR UH MĀNOA STUDENTS & FACULTY/STAFF

BLACK & WHITE PRINTING = 10 CENTS per PAGE 

[A] From the CLIC Lab Computers (One Card/Guest Card Only)

Print from CLIC lab computers only. (Not from personal devices, such as laptops)

1. Choose document 
2. Select "Print" 
3. Go to the printer front or back of the lab.
4. From terminal screen, choose your computer number (e.g. PC01) (Labeled at each station)
5. Pay as prompted with OneCard.
6. Click "Pay and Print."

[B] Using the Cash Printer

Located to the left of the three elevators. Cash printer faces the front of the  library.

Use the computers along the wall (select "CASH-GOPRINT") OR the wireless printing service (see below).

Accepts nickels (5 cents), dimes (10 cents), quarters (25 cents), dollar bills, and five-dollar bills ONLY.

[C] Using the Wireless Printing Service

From the Lab computer or Personal Device

1. Go to https://manoa.hawaii.edu/library/wirelessprinting
2. Log in with UH username and password.
3. Select a print station: BHSD (B/W) (1st floor), BHSD-CASH (1st floor), or HAWNPAC (5th floor inside the Hawaiʻi & Pacific Collection).
4. Upload document OR enter URL of desired webpage to print.
5. Click "Continue." Wait for job to be approved. Click "Submit to Printer."

As of June 25, 2019

• The color copier in Hamilton Library on the first floor will be removed on July 1, 2019. After the date, no color printer will be available inside Hamilton Library.
• A black & white copier will stay in the alcove on the first floor in Hamilton Library. The price is ¢10 per copy. 

The cash denominations accepted by the machine are: ¢5. ¢10, ¢25, $1.00, and $5.00.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS

Community college students MUST use Guest Card. OneCard only works for home campuses. Inquire at the Business Office on the first floor in Hamilton Library about a Gust Card for printing funds. 

VISITORS

Campus Ca$h Guest Cards

UH Mānoa Guests (Na Kupuna, SCVP, SEED, HELP, etc.) and Students/Faculty/Staff visiting from OTHER UH campuses may purchase guest cards, called CAMPUS CA$H (campus cash), from the Library Business Office during their normal business hours. A Campus Ca$h Card (no fund is added) is $1.50, payable with cash or credit card.

学外の方（コミュニティカレッジの学生・教員を含む）は、図書館1階のビジネスオフィスにて、「キャンパス　キャッシュ」というカードを$1.50で購入してください。カードは現金もしくはクレジットカードで購入できます。このカードに下の方法（オンラインもしくはアプリ使用）で課金すると、印刷もしくはコピーに使用できます。

• Campus Center Solutions next to the bookstore: M-F: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and Sat: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
• Campus Center Computer Lab (3rd floor RM316): M-F: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sinclair  Library  ITS Wong  Lab (Student I.D. Required after 9:00pm)

  • Friday: Midnight -  5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM -  4:30 PM
  • Sunday: Noon -  Midnight
